Description
Our client is a global payments business based in London, they are currently seeking Jira Administrators to join their team. If you possess extensive technical expertise in Jira, Tempo, and related Atlassian technologies and are passionate about implementing Jira best practices and scalability, we encourage you to apply. This role is hybrid with 50% wfh, 50% office based (Victoria, London)
Key responsibilities
As a Contract Jira Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in optimising their Jira platform and empowering product teams to excel in their project management practices. Your responsibilities will include:
Applying your expertise in Jira, Tempo, and Atlassian technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices and scalable strategies.
Acting as a subject matter expert on Jira, providing guidance and hands-on support to product teams during the adoption of Jira tools and practices.
Developing JIRA workflows, customisations, and integrations to support project management and leadership teams.
Establishing operational workflows to facilitate demand management and prioritisation.
Creating effective dashboards and reports to support leadership and project teams.
Sharing best practices to assist teams in achieving technical excellence in using Jira and related technologies.
Identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and teams to foster collaboration in finding solutions to enhance their Jira platform.
Proactively communicating their Jira vision and collaborating with business leads and technical leadership to automate workflows.
Contributing to the execution of their vision through handson design, implementation, mentorship, and team building.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Proficiency in Jira and Tempo, with experience in Roadmunk (in order of priority).
Strong technical background in Jira administration and related Atlassian technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
