Description

 Your tasks

  • Lead, configure and customize the Atlassian tools (including Jira/Confluence/Jira Service Management/ Opsgenie/ Bitbucket and related add-ons).
  • Design and maintain complex workflows, automations, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
  • Configure and implement customer’s requirement with keeping the Atlassian environment to the best practice standards, including security groups, permissions, schema configurations, etc.
  • Resolve any operational issue or application performance and related problem on the Atlassian stack.
  • Build and maintain documentation, guidelines, and standards methodologies for the Atlassian tools and related processes.
  • Configure API integrations and plugins


Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience as an administrator of the Atlassian applications: Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Opsgenie.
  • Strong experience in Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Opsgenie customization (Issue types, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, user/group access controls, notifications, scheme settings, post functions/validators/conditions with workflow transitions- custom configurations with add-ons/plug-in's, customizations with JIRA code).
  • Strong experience in performing installations, migrations, app integrations and building APIs.
  • Proficient JQL knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM (e.g. Asset Mgmt, Service Catalog, SLA, etc.) processes as well as Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience working and communicating preferably in English with cross functional teams, both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Knowledge of German language is an advantage)
