Description
Senior Jira Administrator is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining Jira Cloud instance. Works closely with Scrum Masters, Portfolio Team to bridge the gap between business needs and mostly development teams, and ensures the implementation of the Jira strategy, aligning it with the overall Adform strategy and priorities.

- Configure, administer and manage Adform instance of Jira
- Serve as a JIRA / Atlassian technical resource (Subject Matter Expert)
- Provide day-to-day support, administration, automation, maintenance and enhancement of Jira
- Recommend improvements to operational efficiencies and streamline work efforts based on standardized and implemented processes, while ensuring alignment with Atlassian best practices for reducing complexities

- Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, automations, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and process implementation skills
- Scripting Skills – experience with Script runner specifically. Groovy or similar for automating tasks
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience supporting, compiling and troubleshooting Atlassian tools
- Experience working with stakeholders on customizing JIRA workflows
- Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence, Teams, Zendesk, Tableau, and other systems
- Experience creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex JIRA workflows, automations, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Full proficiency in EN language
