Description
As a Atlassian Engineer (located in our Berchem or Arnhem office), you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers on Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, ...) and the add-ons of the ecosystem. We are looking for a dedicated professional who embodies the following qualities:
- First contact with customers ; analyze and understand their needs, advise them and provide them with the best solutions to meet their expectations.
- Responsible for the handling, complete processing, and follow-up support requests (requests and/or incidents).
- Update internal support documentation and contribute to the development of user help documentation.
- Provide on-site /remote configurations and implementation on the Atlassian Stack.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of iDalko’s activity.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: You have the business maturity with 4 to 8 years of experience in similar roles
- Certification: Atlassian/ITIL Certificate
- Transparent Communication: We value honesty and transparency in all our interactions.
- Tech Savviness: Full Understanding of Atlassian Products.
- Independence: Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
- Empathy: Empathy towards clients' needs and concerns.
- Consultation Approach: Proven customer success skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch
Compensation And Perks
- Compensation: 75K to 95K Euros per year.
