Description
The customer is a German company, one of the leading global developers of innovative technologies, founded in 1983. The company works with all big names in the automotive industry (Audi, Bentley, BMW, Bosch, Bugatti, Chrysler, Fiat, Volkswagen, Ford, Honda, Mercedes-Benz) and the research sector. And it is involved from initial conceptualization to real-life road testing.
The project is the administration of the client Jira.
Technology stack: Jira, Jira Cloud, ScriptRunner, jQuery.
Responsibilities
- Managing, configuring and administering Jira Cloud instances for the organization.
- Creating and maintaining projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports.
- Providing user support and training on Jira features and best practices.
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Jira plugins and integrations.
- Performing basic automation using ScriptRunner and Jira Cloud Automation.
- Ensuring Jira security, performance and availability.
Requirements
- Experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role for 1+ years.
- Proficient in Jira Cloud and ScriptRunner.
- Familiarity with Jira Cloud APIs and webhooks.
- Knowledge of jQuery and other web technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
